yesterday menu~tomyam sayur+ayam..quaker oat+nescafe+air masak
today~burger +2 keping roti+telur rebus sebijik..+susu+nescafe
workout~nil
activities~layan baby, walk to tempat keje arround 1 hour..mengadap pc ~5-8hours.tidur 4 jam jer sebab keje malam..
Damn.. i desperate nak kurus cepat..
yesterday tak ambik nasik langsung..
today timbang lose 1kg... 85kg to 84g..
exceli i berminat nak buat diet atkin, no carb taken.. tapi i dah langgar rules hari ni, makan roti..
roti putih carb arround 14grm.
nak buat camana i still breastfeeding my baby..
i still need carb and another zat for my baby.. pity him..
sebab i nak diet..
i tak tahan tengok diri i dalam mirror..
mengelebeh sana sini..
baju pun banyak tak muat..
I teringin nak pakai jeans balik, tapi tak muat kat bahagian pinggul and peha..
lengan pun boleh tahan gedabaknya..
lagik satu i tak suka tengok double chin i.. sangat tak cantik tau..
i suka sangat tangkap gambar diri sendiri but now i dah tak suka sebab nampak
tak cun..
so, first this week i nekad nak buat improvement..

start diet atkin-ongoing
workout-after 1 weeks diets..
